EMERGENCY!!!!!!

i put a pies of driftwood in my cage and apparently it was loaded with mites. now my snake is loaded, im treating the mites now with reptile releif. but i didnt notice them for a couple weeks so he's had it pretty bad for about 2 1/2 weeks. last time it ate was 3 weeks ago, so its looking kind of thin. i think it either has a RI or mouth rot or both. was foaming bad last night, not doing it since i got it in the other cage with temps at 93. wont eat.
should i just see if it gets better by friday or take the 80mile trip to the closest exotic vet?
