Good advice already posted. I will add just a little to it. Reptile Relief will kill lots of mites but it will not kill all of them. They will be back. Permethrin in Provent-a-mite and some other products kills them all plus their eggs. Mites are a curse and must be COMPLETELY eliminated to keep your snakes healthy.

>>i put a pies of driftwood in my cage and apparently it was loaded with mites. now my snake is loaded, im treating the mites now with reptile releif. but i didnt notice them for a couple weeks so he's had it pretty bad for about 2 1/2 weeks. last time it ate was 3 weeks ago, so its looking kind of thin. i think it either has a RI or mouth rot or both. was foaming bad last night, not doing it since i got it in the other cage with temps at 93. wont eat.
