When boas are in the womb in the sack they are somewhat folded in places, and I think that's where they get these folded scales from. You'll notice they don't have them everywhere just in spots where they were tightly folded, the rest of the boa was wrapped more loosely. Try to put something long and cylindrical in a sphere, and you'll get what I am saying. [ Hide Replies ]
