i am going to take a wild guess and say your husbandry specs are still not where they need to be.
105F for a basking spot might indeed spur a bite of appetite, but you are going to have a dead (or small, non thriving) monitor if you don't get your setup where it needs to be.
low to mid 80's for a daytime ambient, 130F for a basking spot, a proper substrate, hiding spots, hydration, diet, etc.
