Posted by: Upscale at Sun Oct 7 08:22:33 2007 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Upscale ] I built this specifically for one micrurus fulvius fulvius. I wanted it to be secure for such a small snake. The door has good overlap and the recess all around with the hardware to make it good and tight. For most snakes I would put the rear vent up higher. I am a little paranoid about any feces that might get smeared on the vent material, that it woulld be impossable to clean properly, especially at the level it is now. I would build something very different for another species. I mostly wanted to share the vent material idea. [ Hide Replies ]
