Male? Blackthroat

I just acquired this guy as a fresh import about a week or so ago. I originally thought it was a Female, but since in my possesion has spurted some bulges and has brightened up a bit. I know this isn't a proper setup, but it's only temporary untill the enclosure outside is finished. So I'm thinking its a small male? Thoughts?
