I rarely post on this forum and don't keep monitors anymore but I check in to read often. You guys and girls have some real great discussions, keep up the good work.

Those articles are hilarious. It's really just to make a good article not to be informative or even true. Isn't that really what all of the news is?? Not factual (at best), out of context, but somehow we keep reading and listening to it.

I love the eating pets part. That is just great. I have three cats and I really doubt any of them would ever get killed by a monitor. There quite capable of taking care of themselves.

If children corner a monitor and get attacked I think some education from parents would be helpful. Something like "Don't ever corner any animals or they will attack you." DuH. Corner a dog or cat and you will probably get attacked too. Seriously is this difficult to understand?

We say we are the smartest animals but somehow the simplest of ideas seem to elude us.
