Jeeze Tim, the "skin" on top is about 12 feet long. It stretched a bit when the boa that was wearing it "shed" it off.
She was about 10 1/2 - 11 feet long at that shedding. And all the "skins" are from the same animal. If you follow the strings you can see the same dorsal pattern tracked as the boa grew. Sadly she passed away a couple of years back.
