I would take a soldering gun and poke many holes into the sides/top for air/ventillation, put actual heat tape on the bottom of the rubbermaid, and put a temperature sensor inside the cage, keeping the hotspot around 90-92. Definitely have a hide and a dish for fresh water. You can get an inexpensive temp controller and sensor here at Kingsnake. Reason for the sensor? It keeps the heat tape honest, and will not burn your snake.
