A super ghost gets a salmon (AKA hypo) mutant gene from each parent and an anerythristic mutant gene from each parent. Ghost x super ghost is one way to get a super ghost, but there are other ways:

Super ghost x super ghost
super ghost x ghost
super ghost x double het ghost
ghost x ghost
ghost x double het ghost
double het ghost x double het ghost

The only difference is the probability of getting a super ghost from the different matings.
