I've never seen anything good from this type of posture.. How are her motor skills? Does she have control over the rear 1/3 of her body or does she drag it along? There can be a few reasons she is laying like this.. Definitely needs medical attention ASAP.. She may very well be bound up or worse. If you've got any other boas, I'd suggest rubber gloves and impeccable quarantine practices until you figure out what the problem is. Is her stool loose?
