When I used to be a vendor at reptile shows I used to get paper work for the Atlanta show and it included a copy of Georgia's wildlife laws and their fish and game dept. bragged about how they had the most "progessive" wild life laws in the country. I seem to remember that Georgia's Jimmy Carter once described Romania's former (dead) leader Ceausescu as a "progressive" leader. Considering that Ceausescu was killed by his own people because he was a tyrranical monster, it is apparent to me my idea of "progressive" is much different than that of government officials in Georgia. I will not say that all people in Georgia are idiots Neal boortz lives there, you live there and I have met other intelligent people from Georgia, but there seems to be a lot idiots involved in your state's govt...at least a few idiots than are involved in the rest of our govt.
