In fact, it is more common to find herps with pinworms than without. They aren't deadly, but if the infestation gets out of hand they can make your gecko feel sick and not hungry. Did your vet give you an idea of how concetrated the worms are? I have had mild cases clear themselves up without medication in my geckos and in my tortoises. As long as you clean out their poop everyday, they won't run the risk of ingesting it. That's how the pinworms get out of hand. If you'd rather treat the worms, then ask your vet to recommend or prescribe something. Then you'll know you're getting the right stuff and the right dosage. | ||
