Back when I did shows. I had some people from Japan inquire about me sending them Day geckoes. The show was the Daytona show (at that time still in Orlando) so there happened to be U.S. Fish and Wildlife agents there. I asked one of them about it and he was quite helpful with the details as to shipping stuff internationally with both the federal and C.I.T.E.S. requirements. You should try and contact them on line or at their closest office.
