The way I see it is simple. At the end of the day it is just a water monitor it doesn't matter whether it be black, brown or what ever colour for that matter as Frank pointed out there are thousands already in the market place. I don't see why you should have an issue MrCota after all the animal is captivebred.
I want to say I did detect an element of insinuation in your post but I will give you the benfit of the doubt.
As I see it the problem is a local one for the Thai goverment to sought out, if they are being smuggled then that is where the law is being broken. Sighthunter is doing everything above board as it should be.
