They can stick to their guns, and enforce the law, not allow the poor starving native to get away with it, shoot him on the spot as well those associated with him when hes caught, then the trade stops. Heck the smugglers would be all alone being snitched out by all of their scared buddies at that point. After all a few bucks for a lizard isnt worth your life and those around you. | ||
