so i picked up this nice box of "organic spring mix" at the supermarket today and when i got home i start to read the ingredients and they had things like chard, mustard, radicchio, argula..etc.etc.. but they also included red and green oak leaf and organic frisee and lolla rosa.. i don't know how good these things are for my beardies and frankly i have never heard of eating oak leaves or a lettuce with two first names (lolla rosa). spike my fussy eater just loves these spring greens mixed in with turnip and collard greens..does anyone know if they are good, bad or otherwise..
you think i should stop using it..how sad..it even came in a nifty little plastic box(i'm a sucker for cool packaging).
