Lolla Rosa has the red frizzily leaves. All these are ok to eat, but for a dragon variety is best. Mix up the salads a bit don't offer these every day because they are lettuces. High in moister low in nutrients. Once in a while these mixes are fine. I use them with collard and dandelion as staples and throw in some of the bagged salads for added variety. [ Hide Replies ]
