Hypo Pastels

Well, you've seen all the different colored dragons posted here as hypo-pastels. Kind of defeats the purpose of the whole "name game" doesn't it?

All of the offspring from our Hypo Pastels grow out to look strikingly similar to the parents. A very light colored dragon, with pale shades of peach, yellow, and pink - sometimes lavender sidebarring. It's the overall look we were going for, and we never gave a hoot about the nails. Sure, we get a few with clear nails. Some from the Hypo Pastel breeding, and some from the reds, some from the oranges, golds, yellows, etc.

Just another trait that pops up in awhile, like everything else.



If fact - one would think that there would have to be some SERIOUS inbreeding taking place to yeild entire clutches of white dragons with clear nails, (esp. in a few year's time.)

Yeah! Just what we need in this country - even more screwed up dragons with kinked tails that walk on their wrists....



BTW, (wouldn't want to go off topic, or anything.)
