That was always my biggest fear. No matter how big the dog is, the snake is the perfect killing machine as long as it can get a coil around. I never let the two get even close to eachother. The snake came out and the dogs went away. I even get that way when they are little. I can hold them and the dogs do not need to be locked up but at the same time I do not let them get near me. Its just safer for the snake and the dog not to get close, because one never knows what will happen. As for smell, I guess since the dogs are on me already it has not been a problem, I do not own any other fuzzies but if I did, I would for sure take a bath before I held the snake. Thats just me though. | ||
