HB 12 requires that the TPWD Commission adopt rules for the possession of nonindigenous poisonous snakes and five species of constrictors by April 1, 2008. Staff will present a regulation proposal to the Commission at the November 7, 2007, meeting with adoption to following in January. As with any proposed regulation, the public will be invited to comment. Thanks, sin
