Transporting Jackson's

What I really need help with and I cant seam to find any good info on is transporting chameleons cross country. I am moving from New Orleans to New Hampshire and I have among other herp's 4 Jackson chameleons. I need to know how to transport them the 1600 miles. it should take me about 2 days to drive. the problem is that it is starting to get cold and I am not sure the best way to keep them warm in the care and from stressing out. any help you might have or any site to visit would be amazing. thank you for your time, and have a great day.
