The het females would be traded for other identical het females of a different bloodline -- I wouldn't be losing any animals. Buying another male would defeat the purpose of my breedings -- to produce the animals I want instead of buying them. My point is to use what I have/produce to get other things -- and not have to buy them. Why spend another $3K on another male and have 2 of the them, when it would be easier just to trade offspring with someone to solve the inbreeding issue?
