I might be incorrect, but I didnt take the gentlemans (thisdude) post to mean that there was anything wrong with breeding to make money. The way I read it was that he was saying that people who may have originally got into this hobby for investment purposes have now changed there tune to "I care for the snakes" now that their big dollar dreams have not panned out?
This is the way I read it. I did not take it to mean that anyone who breeds snakes for money does not really care for the snakes.
The two things, breeding snakes for money and caring for snakes, do not have to be mutually exclusive to begin with IMO?
