I posted some time ago about my 1100 grams male spider ball that was not interested in breeding any of my females... Now there is something strange, may be it happened! I had a female in shed and i put her with him but nothing, so i separated them and 2 days ago, while she was near to shed i put them together again in early evening... ok no interest... but.... when i woked up in the morning i found that she shed and there was blood on the shed. Exactly near the tail and the cloaca. I checked the snake and there was blood dryed near the cloaca. I saw there was some blood traces on the floor too but there is absolutly no scars on the snake, only blood and quite alot. What you think? Is that possible they mated during the night, when there is totally dark and silent in the room? I put them together today again and for now they are sleeping I bred colubrid snakes and with them it was common to see blood in copulations.

Thank you!

Flavio
