Hi, sometimes a males hemipines may be ther blocking the probe from being inserted.



Also you may be able to figure which is which, because typically the male lines up on top and rides the female around also, my female when receptive usually cruise there tank with tails lifted and smearing urates smothered with phermones all over the tank!
