Since I'm basically a country hick, I got my first snake by catching it. My non-snake loving parents however were less than enthusiastic when their 10 year old son tried to come into the house with a 4 foot eastern king. They made me release it, but it was too late I was already hooked. On a side note they hosed me off in the front yard because the king sprayed me with musk lol.
