CH snakes are fine. They are just as good as CB if you get them before their first shed. I would not buy any late in the season though unless you know the person you are getting them from has them acclimated and eating well. CH snakes get a bad rap from people that get the ragged out dehydrated ones late in the season and they usually don't do well. I would bet most decent sized breeders have at least a few snakes that were CH in their collection.
