Chris gave good advice but to me it sounds like your wanting a shower shell. If so they make great cages, although I have yet to actually use one.



I don't know if great stuff will stick directly but silicone will. I would recommend attaching another produt the foam could adhere to, like hardware cloth the net would hold it in place so long as the cloth is sufficently attached and spaced properly.



If you wnt a flat panel you should look for Smooth FRP, but its expensive. As for the shower liner you can usually find them for free in the garbage of remodeled homes, probably could find the tub too.
