well after at least 10 hours of searching the laws for NC I give up. I've read that turtles are completely illegal and that I can posses 5. so what I'm asking is for contact info to get ahold of anyone in the state who actually KNOWS what the laws are after I find out I'll post them and let everyone know. I would perfer phone #'s but will take anything. thanks for your time
