WOW Terry, that Leopard has to be the worst I have seen. Definite Metabolic Bone Disease going on there. Ive never seen a Leopard that flat, looks like the Sulcata girl I took in recently. If you can send some contact info for the owners I can definitely point them in the right direction to care for it properly. It will never look great and if taken care of better now the new growth will help but the poor thing will never look like a Leopard.
