Why are there so few Pastel Albino and Pastel Sunglow boas?



Are they "exclusively" out of a specific bloodline?



It seems like every year you'll see boas advertised as "Pastel Albinos". Are these not "true" Pastel Albino? Are the ones being advertised as Pastel Albinos just, "nice colored Albinos?"



Sorry for all the questions. It's just when you said there's only 15 in exsistance, I got confused as to what makes a Pastel Albino a "Pastel Albino".
