Is this pyramiding ok? shell problem?

Ok...My guy eats healthyly...Occasionally vitamins/calcium on his food...Summer he eats wild weeds and my lawn(no chem.). also, he occasionally gets romaine lettace, bell peppers, carrots, sometimes a bit of fruit, mustard/collard greens.



This is the link to the question I have about his shell problem...
Is there a shell rot or problem?
