How much do water troughs cost?

The CHEAPEST 3x2x8 stock tank is from tractor supply, which is 2hrs away, but only $170.

The CLOSEST 3x2x8 stock tank is 30min away, but for $250!!!

That's a $80 difference. I live in San Francisco and I'm having a really hard time finding a stock tank of that size around my area, for a decent price. I'll have to ask my friend for his truck, and doubt he would want to drive out that far. How much did you pay for your stock tank?
