Question on when to introduce males.

How long should you cool your males before intorducing them to a female.



I cooled them for 2 weeks at temps b/n 76-80 and have just introduced them to the females. Prior to cooling, I kept them warm for 2 weeks since their last meal to help them digest.



Should i have waited longer? Should i drop the temps more, now that they are paired?
