Yes, rumor has it that Hilderbran is attempting to sneak a bill thru the next legislative session that would make it illegal to look directly in the direction of any reptile without a "Reptile Viewing Permit". Apparently, it's a public safety issue, as some reptiles have been known to hypnotize their prey...In all likelihood this will be defeated, but that won't stop Hilderbran and his kronies....they'll play musical chairs with their seats until they backdoor this thing in...

From what I understand is the cost of the "Reptile Viewing Permit" is going to be 50.00-75.00...payable by cash, and directly into his pocket.
