according to Mehrtens the subspecies of Boiga dendrphila are

Dendrophila Java
melanota malay peninsula and sumatra
annectans Borneo
gemicincta celebes
multicincta
divergens
latifasciata All Phillipines (last three)

I have kept a few but not bred. Found babies do best on spagnum moss with daily mistings. Good Luck. Frank
