PLEASE HELP

I just got another male Jackson's and on its rear foot it has a lump about the size of a large pea.... it looks like it's toes on one side got a nail ripped out or something and it just ballooned up... I need help with this. I'm not sure what to do. He is feeding like crazy still and doesn't seem to be stressed at all..... any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks a lot i also have more pics i can email.... i cant figure out how to post more than 1 on here
