Don't even think about it. I have tree frogs (redeyes and green trees) and chameleons, the frogs have toxins on their skin to protect them, it burns when you hold them in your hand. A chameleon may try and eat the frog if he sees movement and shoot his tongue, this can't be real healthy for the chameleon or the frog, 
Most chamelons should be in a screened cage anyway, except the very small species, and tree frogs usually need glass tanks for the humidity they need. (Differnt needs for each animal.)
Frogs also carry different kinds of parasites/ bacteria's .... so many reasons to just NOT do it...
And I also agree with Quig, chameelons get very stressed with other creatures in their space, or environment, your not even suppose to let them see other animals in the room (CAN FREAK THEM OUT)
Just get a small tank and set the frogs up with other frogs they will all be much happier and healthier.
