I've read somewhere (probably Russo) that when boas lean their head, neck, throat in a vertical position up the side of their container; that it's an RI related mucus thing going on. I've seen it in some of my newly aquired (shipping stress factors most likely) and I've seen it in established snakes when cages were fouled and had a really bad atmosphere about them. Cleaned the cage, problem went away.
Something to keep an eye on if that's what your snake is doing. Never had to treat any snake behaving this way.
Your boa looks like a healthy one to me.
