I'm a newbee when it comes to breeding, but I think the female might be trying to tell you something.. If I was you I would definitely put him with her just to try and learn something.
after all, they are your boas and you have to learn somehow.
the other things you could try is to change something else in her environment - she could be trying to say something else too I suppose... too hot, too cool, wants a different hide..? more or less humidity?? I was just thinking the other day, that boas don't talk or even bark.. it seems they can't communicate nearly as good as my dogs can. so we obviously need to watch their behavior and learn how to interpret (sp?) it as much as possible.
as long as we learn from our mistakes.. it all comes out good in the wash - or at least that's how I figure it for myself. but I could be figuring it wrong I suppose..
