And no....I am not sad one little bit!

This little girl has me more excited than just about an other snake I own. I have a fairly descent sized group of Costa Rican boas, but this girl is special to say the least. For the most part my Costa's range in color from a couple very light tan and silvery colored animals to a few that are very dark, but this is the only one I have ever seen that is this color. Keep in mind that she just shed this morning

I have had her for a little over a month now and was hesitant to take pics of her as I thought it was just temporary and her color would change, but she just gets more and more blue after each shed.

Here's a couple closer-up pics

I am just hoping it gets more intense as she ages and carries over into her offspring one day.

Hope you enjoy

Jared Horenstein
