Waterfalls are a lot of work, as they can be little bacteria sinks that need almost daily cleaning. Feces and feeders falling into the water are a health risk. Most chams won't drink from them or pay much attention to them. They don't raise the cage humidity very much at all Chams can't really hear the sound either. If you are willing to clean it out every day it maybe, but most of us who tried them decided they were a pain.
