I use a waterfall in my veiled cham's setup. They are a bit of work. I clean it every other day by removing it from the setup and spraying it with 99% alcohol, then rinsing it really well in hot water. Although this sounds like alot of work, the same cleaning procedure should be used with drip systems and spray bottles, as these also are prone to bacterial infection. I guess the only difference is that your cham won't poop in it's spray bottle or dripper, but it sure will in it's waterfall. I don't consider this to be that bad because it keeps poop off the substrate. Just keep an eye on it, if there's poop in there, remove it right away and clean it. As others have said, they will not raise the humidity significantly, if that's what you're looking for, but if your cham is like mine, it will readily drink from it.
