Breeding question?

This is my first year breeding boas. I acquired a trio of nicaraguan boas from a friend of mine. He says that they are Dwarf Nics but I don't think there is a Dwarf form of the Nics because they are sort of a dwarf. Anyway, I don't really know much about breeding them. Do they have a cooling period before I introduce the male to the female? What temps? Humidity? I could use the whole run down. Thanks in advance.
