We have had three different litters from the female we call "Ginger". She was purchased in a pet store and is not related to any jungle lines. Her first litter was dissappointing, having all stillborns, except one surviving female, which we still have. All the animals in the litter had extreme abberancy, of course, we didn't think much of it at first. Then we had the second litter in 2006. This is the litter which produced the snake chaz has in the post above. We had some strong color and contrast which could be paralled to the "normal" jungle trait. None of the animals in this litter were very striped. The last year we used Ginger with a super salmon male, and the killer stripes came back which we had seen in the first litter. On all three breedings we used different males, the first breeding we used a het albino male, on the second breeding we used a normal male, and on the third breeding we used a super salmon. We have narrowed down that Ginger is a possible gene carrier for whatever this trait is. Pictured is an 06 "Ginger" female after the first shed. I will try to post a pic of what she looks like now. I hope this helps, Trey Schneller
