Is he implying that individuals can't properly care for exotic animals? And that's a violation of privacy, having to tell your neighbors what you have. Are there any cases known where someones snake (dangeously venomous or not) has actually escaped and harmed someone??? It's an invasion of privacy, and will only stir up trouble with fearful ignorant neighbors! Whether you tell your neighbors about your pets should be left up to your own descression. Why don't they just go ahead and put cameras inside everyone's homes (you know, behind all mirrors) so they can keep a better watch over us? | ||
