NEED SCALE ROT/FUNGUS ADVICE!

i noticed on a pair of albino burms discolored/cracking scales on both the ventral areas and the dorsal surface and around the cloaca.the cage is kept clean and dry but it seems to be slowly getting worse.i'm calling the vet in the morning,but i'm also eager for any advice anyone can give.
