Article is short natural history note declaring a 1999 Val Verde county bullsnake the longest native snake in the U.S., includes photo of 2667 mm TL beast captured by master snake hunter, the always well-dressed, Armin Meier. Previous record was held by a 2629 mm indigo. Issue also includes discussion of tree climbing by black pines.
