Screen Top??

I have my baby argus in a 40 gal breeder tank as of now. It has a screen top on it and this is why i need so much heat going into it because it is all just leaving. What are some good ways to keep the heat in so i can still move my lights around up top? Just so everyone knows, i am planning on building a bigger cage in the near future. Thanks - Joe
